Privacy, the short version.

Last updated June 2026. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

What gets collected

Only what you type or upload: feedback emails, budget requests from the Parametric Lab (your email plus the configuration you built), and builder onboarding packages (company info, trade roster, vendor list, plan files or links). Basic anonymous visit counts are kept for the site. No ad trackers, no pixels, no selling of anything to anyone.

What it gets used for

Exactly what you sent it for. A budget request gets you that budget. An onboarding package gets used to run your pilot. Feedback gets read by Ben. Nothing gets added to a marketing list, shared with third parties, or published in any form without your written consent. Case studies are strictly opt-in.

Where it lives, and how it dies

Submissions are stored in the site's form system (Netlify) and Ben's email at ben@dutchman.pro, both access-controlled. Builder project data is used only inside that builder's pilot. Want anything deleted? Email ben@dutchman.pro and it is gone, no questions, confirmation sent.

The whole policy in one sentence

Your data is yours, it goes to one person, it does one job, and it disappears on request, because a company named after the honest patch does not get to have a sneaky privacy policy.
